Palmiye Hotel Turkey

This is maybe the 8th or 9th club Med we’ve been to in the last 15 years. By far the best in food quality and variety as well as quality of the rooms (we were in Interconnecting rooms which they have only in two buildings in the Villagio area and while those are upgraded, my understanding is that not all rooms in the resort are upgraded). Loved all the sports options although the booking for Paddel was a bit challenging as is mentioned in many of the reviews you read for this resort. Loved the ocean here - multiple piers and walkways to access the water for swimming but the beach is pretty bad if you are the kind who wants to walk or play in the sand. You essentially cannot wade into the water (too painful for your feet). It is essentially all rocky / small pebbles. Not comfortable to step on even with water shoes. There is also essentially no limits to smoking outside your room and indoor areas at this resort. People stood in the outdoor hallway right outside our room and smoked, smoked in beach chairs in the family grass area, smoked right next to door of the lobby so it drifted in. A lot of these folks were parents pushing strollers or standing with their kids which is sad. But the resort allows it and therefore non smokers get a good bit of second hand smoke and there are cigarette butts all over. As noted in other reviews, especially on the pebbly beach as no one seems to clean it. Overall we had a great time at this resort and would go back.

We chose Palmiye to recharge and we were not disappointed. The village is beautiful, very well maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly from morning until night. The meals were a great surprise: lots of variety, quality products, and delicious local specialties.

A big thanks to Wisal, always smiling and attentive, who helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Congrats also to Ossama, a Village Chef who is very present and close to the guests, you can tell he loves what he does. A huge shoutout to Farhat for the quality of the housekeeping and his professionalism, as well as the entire team of housekeepers: our room was spotless every day.

We’re leaving with wonderful memories and the desire to come back very soon!

Unfortunately we had some major issues with our room that were ignored but hotel management. We emailed and met with the customer service department during our stay who “escalated” our problems to back office but this was their way of ridding themselves of the problem.

Club Med Palmiye is an incredible resort! I visited with my family of 11, and we all had an amazing holiday. There was such a huge variety of activities that everyone, regardless of age or interests, found something they loved. The resort is exceptionally well catered to all ages, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their holiday exactly as they wanted.
Whether it was relaxing by the Zen Pool, taking part in the many water sports, swimming in the sea, or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings, there was always something to do. It was wonderful to have so many options available, allowing everyone in our group to make the most of their week.
The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to get to know us, chat with us throughout our stay, and genuinely made us feel at home. By the end of the week, they knew all of us by name and even remembered our favourite drinks, which made the service feel so personal.
The atmosphere throughout the resort is warm, fun, and relaxed, and you can tell that the staff genuinely care about making every guest's holiday special. I would highly recommend Club Med Palmiye to anyone looking for a holiday that offers something for everyone.

I would also like to give a special thank you to three members of staff who truly made our holiday even more memorable.
Firstly, Ali Han, who was usually behind the bar at the Zen Pool. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming to my whole family. He always had a smile on his face, took the time to chat with us every day, and somehow remembered all of our favourite drinks. His Aperol Spritzes were the best we had all week!
Secondly, Eray Ece, who worked at the water skiing station. He was fantastic with my younger cousins, making them feel so comfortable and encouraging them with such kindness and patience. He was equally warm and friendly with the rest of our family, and his positive attitude made every visit to the water sports area a pleasure.
Finally, Murat Karanfil, another wonderful bartender who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He was always checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, making us feel genuinely cared for, and welcoming us with a smile every time he saw us. His kindness and attentiveness did not go unnoticed.
These three are a real credit to Club Med Palmiye. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests made a lasting impression on our family, and they played a big part in making our holiday so special. Thank you all for helping create memories we'll cherish for years to come!
