The Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon Chalet-Apartments France

It is the 3rd time we are coming back to this ClubMed. And we loved it every time. In fact it was better this year than in 2023 because of Eric, Chef du Village, who was a superstar! And we could definitely see the difference depending on who is running the village. Eric paid attention to little things, like drinks and snacks next to the pool, kids cutlery, etc. While these are all small things - they matter a lot! There was definitely better kids entertainment than last year, better choice of music, better food, and pool was open every day (whereas last year it was closed quite often). You could often see Eric doing walkarounds and checking if guests are happy. That's a great example of how management should be.

We had a perfect summer holiday, surrounded by 360 degrees of mountains view.
The bar was excellent, and well managed by Vanessa.
The cold coffee Shirley made for us was the best I had in France.
The room were clean, and the service was always with a smile.
We will sure love to come here again.

A great resort for couples and families

I came here with my kids. Before coming here I didn’t expect too much as the weather wasn’t so good. After arriving here, the weather getting better and the hiking activity is amazing. The nature is unforgettable.
I met Jen there, she is friendly and attentive, always accompanied us and made us feel like home as soon as she can. Also thanks to GO in mini club.
I would love to come back again, one week is not enough definitely!
