Easy Arrival
Whether you set out for a ski or sun holiday, our Easy Arrival service allows you to fill in some details on a form before your arrival so that everything is ready for when you get to the resort. From signing up your children to our Childcare Services to booking your ski equipment, everything will be ready for you as soon as you get to the Resort!

Download the My Club Med app to have a first taste of the experience that’s waiting for you, plan your activities on the ground and get tips to prepare for your stay.
Register the kids for the Kids Clubs
Your children ages 4 to 17 are automatically signed up for the Mini Club® and Club Med Passworld® as a part of Club Med’s all-inclusive package. Baby Club Med® for ages 4 to 23 months and Petit Club Med® for ages 2 to 4 years old, are at extra cost if required.
It is highly recommended you secure this at the time of booking.

Arriving at the resort
At Club Med, the main arrival day is Sunday. This is perfect for avoiding the queues!
If you have booked a stay without transport, we can arrange your transfer from the nearest train station or airport to the Resort*. When you arrive at the Resort from 3pm, our G.O® team will welcome you with a smile. If you arrive early, lunch can be provided*. At the Resort reception, you will collect your Club Med digital wristband (or Club Med Pass) which will serve as your room key and as a means of payment for additional services. You can enter your bank details in your customer account before your stay or on arrival at the Resort so you can use your wristband throughout your stay.

"Village" is what we sometimes call our resorts because they're so private, safe, and intimate - and also due to the sense of community and family among our guests.

Is the resort manager who oversees the on-site team and day-to-day affairs of the resort. You will sometimes also hear G.O.'s refer to them as "Chef de Village".
Great Members

The term "G.M." is loosely translated from the original French as "Genteel Members" but we more commonly us the term "Great Members" to refer to our amazing guests.
Gracious Organizers
a.k.a "G.O."
This is what we call our on-site resort staff, who are considered the heart and soul of the Club Med experience. They will keep you entertained with exciting programs, activities, and events.
