Cancún Mexico

Although my experience this time was not the best as they were renovating and I didn’t know until I arrived, I am writing this review just for the kids club staff who is amazing and they work so hard to take care of the kids and make them enjoy their time there.
My son was safe and happy. Special thanks to Anahi, Elsa, Pierre.

Big thanks to Manuel Huerta alayrany and Andy for their great service and smiles that enlighten our dinners at La Hacienda. I strongly recommend this restaurant and all the personnel are fantastic from the kitchen to the waiters, the chef etc. The food is very nice and healthy and it was a pleasure to be there every night !

We had a great trip! The staff were all extremely kind. Special shoutout to Luis the server/bartender at Taco Arte, Manuel Huerta and Amaytany at Hacienda, and the wonderful staff at the baby/kids camps.

Manuel Huerta and Amayrany in the restaurant hacienda were great. They treated us with lots of respect and were so helpful with everything. Will be asking for their help in the future at hacienda!!

My bride and I stayed in Club Med Cancun in the period Jul 09-14.

Many folks working for the resort are great at what they do, and it is plainly evident that they place a major emphasis on their guests' comfort and joyful vacation. However, in our experience a few do stand out.
MAX FROM SAILING is truly an exceptional GO, regarding his interpersonal skill as well as the service rendered to the guests. My bride enjoyed sailing with Max very much, and we had fun sharing meals and chatting with Max.
VIKTORIA FROM THE BOUTIQUE always welcomes us warmly us as the old time friends. Moreover, she is spectacular at doing a traditional Senegalese dance, a sight to behold.
JACK POWER, who leads the power walks and aquercise programs, is one of the most athletic people we have ever met. The man is like a machine. To top it off, he has the most endearing disposition, and we loved joking around with him.
SAULO AND LEIDER. the Village shuttle drivers, have always been very considerate of us and helpful. Thank you very much.
CHRISLOVE from the Reception has been consistently very helpful, and she is a great conversationalist.
The CBC band duo from Quebec, Daniel and Jonathan, have been like a breath of fresh air with their music selection and great performance. We loved it, and we hope Club Med will keep hiring them in the future.
