Cancún Mexico

I stayed at Club Med last month and had a wonderful experience. The food, activities, and staff were all exceptional. I especially want to thank Samarun, who consistently checked in with our family to ensure everything was going well. I highly recommend Club Med to anyone visiting Cancun for the first time!

We returned to Club Med Cancun in March 2025 to celebrate my 60th birthday with family. We had an incredible time! The young children adored the new waterpark with the high, twisting slides - those were even fun for the adults too! I think one of favorite aspects of this club is the proximity to the reef which we frequently snorkeled at. There are so many nice activities included so we normally don’t leave the resort. The staff is exceedingly friendly and attentive. We would like to shout out to some of our favorite staff members. From Guest Relations and management - Jersey, Joa and Samurun; from the Sports- Nelson & Jack Power; from Sailing and snorkel: Lalo and Pablo; Tennis - Javiere; from the Spa team - Jonathan who was extremely helpful with our spa bookings and our favorite masseuses Antonita and Susanna. Above all else, the bartenders were exceptional fulfilling all of our (many) drink whims. Honorable mention should go to Miguel, Daniele, and Jose. They always greeted us with smiles and willingly made us beautiful cocktails and drinks - this really iced the cake after our beautiful sun drenched days on the beaches or before one of our glorious meals. The chefs at this club are fantastic! We had a wonderful trip and made many special memories with our family. We are already looking forward to our next return. We did hear rumors of a new Zen adult pool coming soon and feel this would be an excellent addition for a some quiet time for the adults. Thanks again Club Med Cancun!

We are a family of 5 with 3 teens now. We have been going to Cubmed Cancun for 12 years. It feels like home. Everything is great. The staff is amazingly nice. The food is very good, if you want to go on excursions, they have everything on site to organize your daily trips. A huge, big, hearftul thanks to the team of the kids club. Alyzee, Loulou, Fabi, Ralphs, Super Mario you are all amazing. I can't thank you enough for all the good time A. had with you and thanks to you. I really hope to see you all again. Emma

What a fantastic experience! We had an incredible time on this trip. The location is stunning, with a scenic beach and the most friendly, welcoming staff. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, I highly recommend this resort — it’s truly outstanding.

We’d love to give a special shout-out to a few G.O.s who made our stay unbelievably memorable:

⭐ Guerson – He set the tone for our entire vacation. I attended one of his sports classes on the first day, and his energy and vibe were amazing! My husband and I really enjoyed sharing great moments with him over breakfast and dinner, and we made it a point to join his classes whenever possible. He’s a gem!

⭐ Nelson – We met him during dinner one evening, and he instantly brought such a great vibe. Friendly, fun, and full of energy, he made a huge difference at the classes and parties. He knows how to connect with people and keep the energy high — the perfect host for any celebration!

⭐ Tarik – Always smiling and full of positive energy! Tarik was my hero — he quite literally saved me from an epic fall while I was grabbing a drink and didn’t notice a step. Out of nowhere, he appeared like a superhero and caught me mid-fall! Beyond that, he’s hilarious, approachable, and just radiates good vibes.

⭐ Betinha, Blake, and Yerko (Circus Team) – They were absolutely fantastic! Patient, encouraging, and super fun as they guided us through the trapeze. Their performances during the night shows were outstanding — we just wish there had been more opportunities to see them in action. Truly a highlight of our trip.

⭐ Mara and Juan – These two were the heart and soul of the “Botega” bar during our tequila and mezcal tasting. Their knowledge, humor, and great energy made for such a memorable experience. We found ourselves going back just to hang out with them before dinner every night!

⭐ Luis (Resort Manager) & Cristal (Jade Manager) – The resort has such a great vibe, and it’s easy to see it starts at the top. We had the pleasure of meeting both Luis and Cristal thanks to a good friend of ours who worked at the resort (Agnes), and we were truly impressed. Their dedication to excellence and hospitality was clear in every aspect of our stay. You’re doing an incredible job — thank you for making this such a special experience!

We’ll definitely be recommending Club Med Cancun — and all these amazing people — to anyone who asks about our trip. I’m sure there are many more incredible staff members we didn’t get the chance to meet during our week there, but we already can’t wait to come back.

My husband, 7yo daughter, and I had a wonderful trip to Club Med. The new waterslides were a hit (photo attached, as I couldn't find photos online when booking the trip). The beach was beautiful. The kids programming was a hit with my daughter, especially being in the kids show on Friday evening. The highlight for me was definitely the flying trapeze, and the circus team (Betinha, Blake, and Yerko) made it a wonderful experience!
