Cancún Mexico

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Jade and it did not disappoint. The service received by the staff at Jade was outstanding especially by the pool and bar area, and then again especially our favorite bar crew - Daniel, Ademir, Jesus and Marco. Besides always being ready to help or take our requests, they are extremely nice, friendly guys who went above and beyond to make our and the other Jade guests’ stay comfortable.
Our rooms were comfortable. Could they use a bit of updating? Yes, but they were very clean and had all the amenities we needed.
The rest of the resort was quieter than other times we've visited, which we did not mind at all. We loved Taco Arte the best for our breakfast/lunch and had an interesting dinner there. Estancia was ok'ish, and we ended up eating at the main buffet the rest of the nights. Highly recommend the tequila and Mexican wine tastings -- a special shoutout to Juan B., who was very entertaining.
We will definitely be back and are already planning....

Brand new premises very adapted for the babies and kids. The staff was awesome and very gentle with our babies. Special mention to Marci, Ilda, Zoé and Aby, a very competent team that made things very easy for us. I definitely recommand the baby club !

My stay at Club Med was beyond wonderful. Food was great, rooms are very nice and the site is beautiful. The best part was the mini club and the people managing it. Special thank you to Lulu and Pierre that took very good care of my daughter.
