We had a wonderful relaxing week at Club Med Bali. We met friendly, amazing members of staff that looked after us. Beautiful dinners by the pool and in the garden. Great food every day. Lots of activities if that’s what you are looking for - our favourite was the Zen Pool.

We had a great time. The team at the resort are exceptional; always greeting; asking and ensuring. Oka - golf trainer; Ahmed and the rest of the team - thank you !!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Club Med Bali in November 2024, traveling with our two young children (aged 4 and almost 2). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the serene atmosphere of the resort and the beautifully maintained amenities. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and family fun.

The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options that kept both adults and kids happy. The staff were exceptional — always warm, friendly, and ready to help — but one person truly stood out and made our trip unforgettable: Valencia.

Valencia went above and beyond in caring for our children with incredible kindness and patience. She involved both of them in all the kids club activities, making them feel seen, special, and included. Our son, in particular, bonded with her deeply and felt so comfortable in her care. She even joined us for dinner most nights, lending an extra helping hand and adding to the warmth of our evenings. Valencia has a beautiful way with young children, and we feel so lucky to have met her.

Although our stay was short, the memories — especially those created thanks to Valencia — will stay with us forever. We can’t wait to return.

Visited here after 6 months and stayed in for 2 nights but extended for another night 😂😂. Much appreciated to Danny for your kind assistance in helping me to get new ticket for my extension.

I was so delighted with the warm welcome and hospitality of Bali team even through there were many new faces in the new season. Catching up with some GMs and bumped into some known GMs, I really enjoyed and had a great time with the GMs and Bali team during my stay.

We have had the most amazing time in Club Med Bali
The Club itself is absolutely stunning and the GO team is excellent. Very friendly and making sure we have the most enjoyable time. Food is great and entertainment is very good. A special thanks to Adrien who took care of us for his last 3 days in the village and his partner Margot who even though she was on leave took some time to spend the night with us, very much appreciated
A special thanks to Ahmed which was taking the role of chef de village while we were there, this guy is truly a very nice guy who make sure that everyday we were happy with our holidays, and every evening was animated the night on stage which was absolutely amazing.
