Everything is nice and we like to thanks everyone at the mini clubmed for taking care of our children while we can really relax and enjoy our trip. Special thanks to sheeba, syasya, fida, dimas, kimi, husen, kelvin, angel, zan, melani, liz, woods, vera and vicky .

I visited Bintan for the first time, and even though I stayed only one night, it turned out to be absolutely wonderful.

Since I only had one day, I didn’t think I’d be able to do the trapeze at all. But I ended up reaching the catch session, and that made me really happy. Thank you to the whole circus team for teaching me kindly, laughing off my mistakes, and helping me improve.

I want to give a special thanks to Pinocchio and Sanddy. They’re part of the circus team, but their hospitality went far beyond the trapeze. They were consistently attentive and incredibly supportive throughout my stay.

My thanks also go to Martin, who put a lot of thought and care into my visit. The warm support from the GOs made my stay even more memorable.

I almost cried when it was time to leave, but I had to sprint to reception to avoid missing checkout…so instead of a sweet goodbye, I left drenched in sweat. Embarrassing—but now a funny memory!

I regret booking only one night, but maybe that just means there will be a “next time.” And I’m already looking forward to it.

This village is one of the best Club Meds I’ve visited—great facilities, food, and truly wonderful hospitality. Thank you so much!

We spend 3 nights at Club Med Bintan and we were very satisfied! From the food, drinks, and activities, everything was great. We loved the night performance, the staff are trully talented.

This was my very first time at Club Med, and I can finally say: I get the hype! From the moment we arrived at Club Med Bintan, the G.Os were incredibly welcoming, genuine, and always ready with a smile. They made us feel like part of the Club Med family right away.

I came with a group of friends who share the same quirky humour and “laughing points,” so we were already having a blast but the wonderful G.O. team made the trip unforgettable.

A very special shoutout to these amazing G.O.s who made our stay extra memorable: Angel, Clarissa, Dani, Riko, Jeevan, Grace, Beverly, Vera, Kawi, Michael, Ruby, William, and Walter.

And a huge thank you as well to Putra from housekeeping for taking care of our rooms!

I genuinely love the Club Med culture, the warmth, the energy, and the way they bring people together. My friends and I have now made a promise: we will visit a different Club Med village every year! And who knows, maybe we will bump into one of these wonderful G.O.s again somewhere around the world.

Thank you, Club Med Bintan, for such a memorable first experience. I am officially hooked and already looking forward to the next adventure!

First club med experience and had a great time here with the family. And the kids club (mini/petite) is amazing! The adults managed to have our bonding and activities without the stress of juggling with 4 young kids. For the mini kids club, they can even join the club for dinner and evening shows so the adults can have dinner separately.
