Our family has visited Club Med Bintan three times now—and each visit has far exceeded our expectations. Every single stay has been truly unforgettable, thanks to the amazing GO’s and staff who go above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and celebrated.

From the delicious food and free-flowing drinks to the endless activities tailored for all ages, everything is so thoughtfully planned to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests. The GOs are always so kind, charming, and attentive—making sure you’re having fun and creating beautiful memories every step of the way.

We want to make special mention of some truly incredible individuals who made our latest trip even more memorable:

Our trip to Club Med Bintan was amazing from start to finish. Our GO Anne welcomed us and was fantastic the whole trip. All the GOs are just wonderful but a special mention to Rere, Chase, Micheal, Daniel, Kimi, Al and Shay. The food was amazing and Carlos the restaurant manager was so helpful. The bar staff were so friendly and could whip up the most amazing cocktails for us and mocktails for the kids. A special mention to Lucky who knew our favourites and was so lovely. The trapeze staff Henry, Beatrix, Ian and Abii really inspired our children and were so lovely. The snorkelling was beautiful, swimming with clown fish and so many other varieties. The snorkeling team were so helpful and made us all feel relaxed and safe.
We were also impressed the GM Julian was so friendly, helpful and clearly valued his staff.
We can’t talk highly enough about our trip!

As always the GOs completely make a Club Med holiday. The team were so wonderful, fun, friendly and attentive. The resort was the perfect blend of relaxing and fun. Having the beautiful beach was a lovely addition to all the resort facilities. Our extra special thanks must go to Rere, Garfield and Ray for so many fun interactions throughout the week. Special mention must go to Rere who is a total superstar! She’s was so kind, considerate, fun and clearly incredibly talented! She leads her team with infectious enthusiasm which is evident every day! Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful week on Bintan Island.

Had a great experience at Club Med Bintan! Especially the great care from the GO! The mini club and petit club is a must to let your kids go! My kids had so much fun, that they are missing them already!

氣氛很棒的Clubmed, 床與枕頭十分的舒服，夜夜好眠。附近沒有店家，喜歡購物的話只能在碼頭商店或是去距離一小時車程的商圈。
