Guilin China

I'm thrilled to catch up with 3 wonderful GOS from Lijiang again - Tony, Nina, and Sunny. As usual, they provided wonderful service. The food was excellent, and Joe and his restaurant team were really warm and helpful. The highlight of our stay was the excellent scenic bike tour, thanks to Appy. We also appreciated Gary inviting my son to join the GOs' football match. Circle ensured we had a wonderful stay throughout. Special thanks to Taichi Master Huang, Yang, Raymond, Happy, Peggy, Marylou and Lim for making our stay memorable!

Wonderful experience in Club Med Guilin! My kid loves all activities, and the delicious food! The room with balcony is beautiful and elegant, and we all love the beautiful view from our room. There are so many facilities in the resort, and we enjoy alot! Will definitely visit again!

Our dual-family stay with Guilin Clubmed was superb, especially the elderlies and the kids were all very happy with it.

We visited with 3 young children - 9, 7 and 3yo. The staff were wonderful and personal with each child, remembering their names and personal preferences.
Specific commendations go to the Mini club GO team for their morning through to evening attention for the kids. Specifically, Victor, Peggy, Deemo, Hilla and Emma.
Sharon took great care of us at meal times and even prepared a goodie bag for our train ride back home. Special new years celebrations and extravagant entertainment like circus and trapeze acts.
Appy was a great bike guide and Lim the GM has a handle on all aspects of the resort. All staff were super attentive. The resort offers biking, hiking, special excursions including cave visits and horse riding which we all enjoyed. Booking is easy. There is a self service coin laundry - washer and separate dryer which operates on WeChat payment and it was easy to use daily.
Fresh baked bread daily (white chocolate bread is a must try). Coffee leaves some to desired. the hotel actively promotes zero wastage which was an unexpected surprise for an all inclusive hotel.
