We had a truly wonderful stay at Club Med Pragelato and would like to thank the entire staff for their professionalism and kindness.

A special thank you goes to the restaurant team, especially to Calogero, restaurant assistant, who was always attentive, kind, and helpful. His excellent service made every meal even more enjoyable.

We also received excellent service at the spa, where Melissa stood out for her professionalism, warm welcome, and care for the guests.

The reception was outstanding thanks to Martina, who was always smiling, courteous, and ready to assist us with great kindness.

The bar service was also very good, always efficient and welcoming.

Finally, a very special thank you to Hugo, the village manager, who was always perfect in his role: present, professional, and able to create a warm and engaging atmosphere.

We highly recommend Club Med Pragelato to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized holiday made even more special by an exceptional staff.

Great week skiing in Italy. Loved the apes ski at the resort.

Not giving 5 stars as not in walking distance of a village/town and swimming pool was freezing

2nd time at this Club Med, even better than the first. No major issues, food improved and skiing was better this time

Great location with easy access to slopes. Door to door transport with luggage delivered to spacious rooms.
Lovely food with a choice of 3 restaurants. Fun bars and music with a range of apres ski activities. Inclusive cocktail bar. Lovely swimming pool with a view of the mountains. Some classes and activities included. All day ski lessons.
