Awesome, relaxing experience
5/5 • 22/05/2025Love this property, design was impressive and the interior design merged with the outside elements in a neat way drawing the two together. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. Staff friendly and helpful no matter where we encountered them, it didn’t seem to. Attest if we were in their area or not they were always willing to lend a hand. Barstaff, Emilie, Jeremie and Samuel suggested tasty new drinks (to us) based on our vaguely described preferences and were there with a smile and wave. The shows were something great, hopefully we will some of the performers at other resorts (we would to visit more properties).DJ Dre was a treat and seemed to know everyone at the resort,GMs and GOs and was happy to introduce them to us. Food was excellent, above average at the very least. Very creative use of local ingredients was much appreciated. Facilities were good although we visited in the spring / summer there were still a lot of things to do. Worth upgrading the basic room to get a river view. Bed was comfortable and the room clean, received daily visit from the housekeeping staff to clean up. If you like the concept of Club Med then Harrison, the chef de village has you covered on this property. If you don’t this may change your mind as there is a slightly different vibe to the Caribbean sites.

5/5 • 19/05/2025Great ressort. Tomas was awesome with our teens that never even complained about being bored once!
Parents were happy hiking the trails together without the kids.
Food is great in the restaurant, Nice variety.
Exclusive jacuzzi area would benefit from some kind of shelter from the rain though.

Great Easter weekend
5/5 • 26/04/2025I had an amazing weekend at Club Med over Easter with my family and friends. We were all truly impressed with the overall experience. The food and entertainment were absolutely amazing, and the service was top-notch. The highlight for us was the fantastic workout classes with Sam. It was a memorable and fun-filled weekend that we will treasure forever. Highly recommend Club Med for a perfect getaway
