Best times 💕 Ski
Best time ever
First time ever skiing for all my family. Skiing was great and fun, I’m very happy with my achievement. Even more, I enjoyed that my two daughters were having so much fun and made remarkable improvements in such a short time. They want to stay longer. Big thank you to our instructors Tan and Bruce who were amazing with their patience and expert tuiton. We looking forward to coming back soon. 😘💕

My amazing time at Club Med.
I really loved how there was a show going on in the theatre every night. It gave me an opportunity to feel what it’s like going out at night with friends. The staff members at Club Med were very patient, joyful and fun. I really loved this place and I’m so eager to come back to Club Med, Hokkaido.8

Some areas for improvement to enhance the premium experience.
I concur with many of the observations shared here. While the hotel is beautiful and impeccably clean, and the food is of exceptional quality, certain areas could be enhanced to uphold its reputation as a premium destination.
As others have noted, there are additional charges for extras, such as the exquisite nest bar. Additionally, some advertised events may not occur. For instance, I registered for a shopping trip that required a minimum of eight participants; only six expressed interest, so the event was canceled.
Mealtimes were often chaotic. However, by waiting 30 to 40 minutes after the doors opened, we avoided the main rush. The bar queues around 5 p.m. were frustrating, as several guests, including myself, found the delays bothersome. Given the predictability of this daily peak time, it seems like an issue that could be easily addressed.
Our son became quite ill for four days, confining him to bed for half of our holiday. The nearest doctor is almost an hour’s cab ride away, which is costly, and securing an appointment was challenging. It’s advisable to bring ample personal medication.
The staff were exceptionally helpful, frequently checking on my son, providing electrolytes, and going above and beyond in their care. Special recognition goes to Retna, Danny, Ziko, Archie, Poko, and bartenders Dolphin and Juan, as well as Chef Perez. These remarkable individuals seemed to work tirelessly, always with a smile. The evening entertainment was also impressive.
There was a noticeable amount of illness among guests during our stay. The staff encouraged regular sanitization, but in a large resort with international visitors, some level of sickness is perhaps inevitable.
The snow conditions were outstanding. Having visited many resorts worldwide, the quality here is hard to beat.
It’s important to note that the last bus transfer from CTS airport is at 6:45 p.m. We landed at 8 p.m. and had to pay $200 each for a private transfer to the resort. I believe there is also a train option for this transfer.
Despite paying a premium for this trip and generally having a good time, it fell slightly short of delivering a truly premium experience.
