Relaxing time

5/5 • 24/10/2026

We had a wonderful time from late Sept to Early Oct. Although weather was unpredictable, we still had lots of fun with the activities and excursion proposed.

Special thanks to Ujang G.O who made us laugh and feel comfortable during our stay. Also thanks to Julia for the warm welcome at the reception!

Definitely will look into coming back again!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Club Med GO Josh

5/5 • 07/10/2026

As a Club Med member for more than 10 years, I was extremely disappointed by my interaction with Josh, an Australian GO from the biking team.
While I was simply adjusting my bicycle seat, Josh shouted at me in a rude, aggressive, and disrespectful manner. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a guest this way over such a routine matter.
His behaviour was especially disappointing because the rest of the sports team were friendly, professional, and helpful, making the overall experience excellent.
Following the incident, I chose to skip the remaining biking activities with Josh. It is unfortunate that one GO’s behaviour affected my enjoyment of an otherwise wonderful stay.
After more than 10 years with Club Med, this was the first time I felt compelled to specifically call out a GO for such unprofessional conduct.
Club Med should take this seriously. Guests deserve courtesy and respect, and GOs should represent the professionalism expected of the Club Med brand.
