Kiroro Peak Japan

We had the best Club Med experience at K. Peak in December last year. It was a satisfying stay to end a hectic year. From the room, food & beverage to the GOs, I have nothing but praises. The bar team led by Hakim kept me relax and entertained with conversations, laughter and their ever-surprisingly delectable alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Special mention to Kyle who always delights me with his special concoctions! He is my go-to bartender since my Club Med Bintan trip one year ago. He personalised the cocktails to suit my tolerance level for alcohol so I could enjoy cocktails. We would love to go back again if time permits!

Had a great time at club med. I loved the service.

However, i didnt have a great check in experience. James Lee ( Person checking us in) was dismissive and rude! Terrible attitude. Nobody helped us with our bags.

But luckily, we met many great people at club med!
SB instructors: King, Nico, Brayden were all super nice! Esp King who helped us take beautiful pictures and videos throughout

Baristas: Special shout out to Kyle who makes the best cocktails/drinks! He made the best strawberry matcha for me! A must try:)

I would come back to club med bc its really good but rlly wanted more explanation as to how an employee could be so rude to us without any consequences.

We visited and stayed 8 nights in early January 2025. We stayed at Club Med Sahoro the prior year but decided to check out the new Kiroro resort. It was amazing in so many ways.

The hotel feels brand new and is impressive with large guest rooms and all the ammenities you could need like a pool, onsen and natural hot springs. Dining area, bar and theatre were all conveniently located adjacent to one another and appropriately sized.

The staff are incredible, from the resort manager, Merlin who was everywhere all the time offering a helping hand and Alan whose customer service was second to none. The ski shop run by Romane and her well resourced team ensured equipment fitting was quick and painless.

It was amazing in so many ways. The mountian terrain and snow fall is unbelievable. Best snow fall I’ve seen… ever!! Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is a gem. Nice family resort.
