My five-day snowboarding trip at Club Med Kiroro Peak Resort was absolutely unforgettable! What made it truly exceptional was the outstanding guidance from our Chinese-speaking coach, KING, who tailored the experience perfectly for snowboarders like me. KING’s expertise in snowboarding and his ability to teach in Mandarin made learning effortless. He broke down techniques like edge control, carving, and freestyle tricks with clarity, ensuring safety remained a priority—especially when tackling Kiroro’s legendary powder snow. His patience and attention to detail helped me progress from cautious turns to confidently riding intermediate slopes. Beyond coaching, KING doubled as our group’s photographer, capturing dynamic shots of us shredding through fresh powder and mid-air tricks against Kiroro’s stunning snowy backdrop. These photos are now my favorite souvenirs! After adrenaline-filled days, the resort’s outdoor rotenburo hot tubs and indoor pools were perfect for soothing sore muscles. Evenings buzzed with live performances at the bar, and the international buffet—featuring Japanese yakiniku (grilled meat) and fusion dishes—kept our energy high. Club Med Kiroro Peak is a snowboarder’s dream, combining world-class terrain, expert coaching (thank you, KING!), and luxurious comfort. Whether you’re perfecting your first heel-side turn or chasing powder stashes, this resort delivers.

We had an amazing ski holiday! Our group of 4 loved everything about Kiroro Peak. The friendly staff, the delicious food, and the comfortable beds were only part of the story.
Special mention to Tatiana, the head of the Resort who sets the tone for quality and fun. Her passion is reflected by all the staff.
Ski instructors work hard to ensure all levels are looked after. We enjoyed classes with Toru, Tomy, and Brian - thanks! The hired equipment was good quality. Boots are usually challenge for me, but these hired boots were never a problem which made every day on the slopes a pleasure.
A soak in the ofuro and a yoga class were excellent ways to revive in the afternoon before the party got started.
The evening entertainment program was a lot of fun - thanks to Michael and Nico for all their hard work in inspiring people to join in with high energy and lots of laughs.
The rooms are gorgeous - very comfortable beds, and great soundproofing meant that if we wanted to sneak away from the evening’s action, we were able to sleep without any intrusion of noise from the great music. Housekeeping staff made sure the rooms were returned to their perfect state each day.
And to round off the praise, we all were blown away by the quality of the choice of food at every meal. Each person who plated a dish did so with care and pride, which made the dining experience extra special. This is no ordinary buffet!
We can’t wait to repeat the experience!!!

Had a lovely stay recently, rooms/facilities are excellent, a brilliant ski in/out location and setup with very convenient lockers for all our equipment and just outside the doors you are at the lifts - just wonderful. Staff were lovely all very friendly and eager to assist with any questions we had. All food and beverage, lift passes, lessons included in the accommodation price. Food offerings were broad and quality was excellent - with two restaurants - Western and Asian restaurants (additional restaurants at nearby Kiroro Grand hotel were also included). Would definitely recommend.

The best travel experience ever, as a mandarin speaker, this clubmed has many staff who can speak mandarin, it was really good to communicate for all of us, and all staff here were really patient and kind. And they also provide the group course, I met a coach KING, he was a really good teacher, not only he’s a mandarin speaker, also gave me lots of tips to improved my abilities, I upgraded my skill from SB1 to SB2 in three days. I really appreciated him. And this clubmed prepared different special cuisine everyday, it was really surprised me. I hope I will come back again.

Our stay at Club Med Kiroro Peak was truly unforgettable, thanks to the outstanding staff. From housekeeping to the pro shop, the lounge, the restaurant, and the snow sports instructors, everyone went above and beyond to make our visit special, ensuring we had a seamless and enjoyable experience.

A special thanks to Elsa, Maki, Hakesh, Michael, Tiffany, Ling, and the head chef, who kindly prepared chawanmushi just for us. We also had an amazing time with instructors Nico, Mike, King, Soobean, and Bryan, who made our ski sessions fun and engaging.

While still at Kiroro Peak, we were already planning our next trip for year-end—thinking about our return on the last day speaks volumes about how much we loved it!

However, pre-arrival communication needs improvement. Our emails were only answered after multiple follow-ups. Airport transfer details were unclear, and our request for twin beds wasn’t prepared.

Despite these minor issues, we absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
